Dhruv Singh

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer

Dhruv is cofounder, CFO and (interim) COO of Aktivate. He stands by the fact that the best team he has ever been a part of was his undefeated middle school basketball team! Dhruv was previously a founder/CEO or co-owner at two prior startups (Savory, Exubrancy), and served as a board member/advisor to six and shareholder in 25+ venture-backed companies. Prior to focusing on early stage companies, Dhruv was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company (New York), spending substantial time in the tech/media/telecom sector. Dhruv is also a board advisor at GiveDirectly and at Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College. He also studied at Wharton and the engineering school at UPenn as a part of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology and Choate Rosemary Hall. He lives in Tuxedo Park, NY with his wife Elizabeth (who is also an entrepreneur!) and daughter Emilia "Milly" Wilkes Singh.
